May 2016 – Senior Vice President, Laurie A. Siebert, CPA, CFP AEP will speak on the topic of “What’s Next? Maximizing Opportunity in the Second Half of Your Career” at the 2016 Lehigh Valley Women’s Summit on Tuesday, June 7 at Cedar Crest College.

LAURIEWEBLaurie will co-present with Michelle Landis, Master Business Coach and founder of Pinnacle 7 during the second session from 11:15 a.m. to noon. The interactive session will explore how to navigate your career as it grows, and understand when it is time to take an advancement, step back, or make a change. As Americans live longer and healthier lives, the desire to work longer and foster better relationships—for the income, the mental engagement, or the chance to give back—has grown. Laurie will present the financial considerations in later life transition. Michelle will discuss mental and person engagement necessary to be successful with career and life choices.

The Lehigh Valley Women’s Summit is a collaborative event presented by the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Women’s Business Council, the Women’s Leadership Council of the United Way of the Great Lehigh Valley, and Cedar Crest College. The concept is a day with the Valley’s most influential women in business, philanthropy, government, education, healthcare and that arts. This year’s theme is Power Redefined, featuring keynote speakers Dr. Jen Welter, First Female NFL Coach, and Judy Smith, Washington DC Fixer and inspiration for the hit TV show “Scandal”.
